The Great Beyond Visitors' Centre is a first-class tourist attraction in Laverton, a small town in central WA. Focus Productions coordinated the entire fabrication of all the display items in Brisbane and then completed the fitout on site. In response to the client's initial concerns about the centre's remote location, we ensured all displays were extremely robust and easily serviceable. The centre features an atmospheric theatrette where a 'Peppers Ghost' presentation complements a three-screen film experience. Other features included multimedia, large format printed material and real artefacts.
