Joel Nebauer is the Managing Director of Focus Productions. He has built an exceptional reputation as a project manager, supervising the design, construction and installation of stimulating, interactive and educational displays. His workmanship can be seen in visitor centres, museums, high-end audio-visual installation and exhibitions across the country.

Joel has extensive knowledge and experience with all trades and is continually expanding and updating his knowledge of relevant industry products and procedures. He enjoys delivering creative, cost-effective and durable displays which entertain and educate visitors of all ages. He is devoted to partnering with his clients to deliver an exceptional product, always working within budget and time constraints.
He loves his coffee brewed as a strong flat white with one sugar - or through IV during an installation!

Kelley has work for Focus Productions since the early days. Her skills are perfectly suited to her role in the creative and educational areas of the business.
Her New Year plan is to drink less coffee; but the pressure in the office doesn't help!

We have an exciting new position opening in our company. A new PA and marketing assistant to work alongside the BIG BOSS.. Once we've found him/her we'll pop up a blurb.

Affectionately known as JP, Jamie is an all-round creative champion and is working away on the BIG MAC to keep your drawings coming.
He has started to have a couple of coffee-free days each week to prove that he is not addicted to the caffiene ... beware of calling on Tuesdays (kidding JP).

Introducing the newest member of our team, Brendan. He is enjoying the challenge of never doing the same job twice and is becoming a valuable problem-solver. He spends most of his time in the workshop and is about to get married to a lovely young lass.
Brendan is practising to become one of our best baristas and loves the good old classic - white with one.

Kate is our administration champion! She joined the team in September 2011 and has become a great asset. She is soon heading back to uni to finish her nursing degree. She will probably be the friendly voice on the end of the phone when you contact the office. She loves a good old latte.

Shopfitter extraordinaire, Nathan has worked with Joel Nebauer on the custom cabinetry for visitor centres and museums all over the country. He pays close attention to detail, has excellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional craftsmanship and is very good-looking (he may or may not have written that part himself!). Nathan and Joel have been working together on projects since fitting out The Outback at Isa in 2003.
Sadly, he lacks taste when it comes to coffee and enjoys the instant variety.

They are yet to choose a daggy photo and be added to the page but, with a little peer pressure, you'll soon see the handsome faces of our exhibit designer, graphic designer, production manager and CFO.
